1. Using Nulya
Nulya is provided by HA Transformer Code AB. By using it, you agree to these terms and confirm you are at least 18. Contact: nulya@transformercode.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Health and AI estimates
Nulya is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Food, portion, nutrient, and weight-goal estimates can be wrong. Review results before use. We do not guarantee weight outcomes or completion dates. Do not rely on Nulya for allergens, medication dosing, or emergencies.
3. Subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, trials, and usage limits appear before purchase. Subscriptions, including eligible trials, renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google before the stated renewal deadline. Access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights apply.
4. Your account and content
Protect your sign-in details and submit only content you have permission to use. You retain ownership and allow us to process it to provide the service. Do not misuse accounts, bypass limits, or disrupt security; abuse may result in suspension.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Nulya. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to the iOS app.
5. Changes and ending use
You can stop using Nulya and delete your account at any time. We may update the service or terms, with notice of material changes and consent where required. Availability is not guaranteed. Your mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
